After hearing medical testimony and testimony from several witnesses, the case was settled for $350,000. Said Cory Rosenbaum of the settlement, "The landlord had constructive notice of the drug dealers operating in the lobby. After hearing from tenants about the condition, and listening to the medical testimony, they elected to settle than go to verdict. This settlement was certainly in line with the injuries."
